I haven't heard any news on them other then the availability to punch in what looks like a 12 digit number under your account managment. Anyone else see them anywhere or know what they might look like yet?
The FPS really eat the analog sticks up because you're usually running the whole time grinding the left stick forward constantly. My PS2 controller did this quite a bit, digs quite a deep groove eventually, im not sure if there much the designers could do about it, not many different comosites out there that would suffice, even if it were metal itd make some nasty wear. I do know though that they put a little warning in the manuals to not push your analog sticks a certain way, like jamming your thumb hard against the edge of the pad in any direction. But you cant help it, its not really angled right for your thumb to sit right on top of the grips. Who knows they'll prolly come out with a few revisions of the SIXAXIS in the PS3s lifetime.
so what did you use the 7.2" screen from? I've been looking for a raw LCD modual supplier for this center console I'm building for my truck, i can only seem to find two companies. I'd be great if you knew of somone I could order a 8.5'' to 10.2" bare bones LCD screen that uses either a s-video or RGB inputs. I'd be building the screen housing myself so somthing with as little mounting apparatus as possible, I just need the screen and electronics. Bone_Craker
