any changes you make during manager mode do not affect the teams outside of that manager mode. If you want to change the "default" teams which would change the teams for things like quick match and newly created manager modes, there is an option that lets you edit the teams and you can even modify or create your own players. doing this will not change your current manager mode though, only the new ones created afterwards

another secret feature is that you can rotate the playstation symbol on front of the ps3 above the bluray drive. that way when i set my ps3 vertical i just rotate the symbol so its orientation is correct :D

i'm on my third 60gb, first one (got in march 07) had its network bricked about six months later due to firmware (1.7), and the second one was a refurbished unit that they shipped in replacement but the gpu was defective and it died a couple of months later. but my latest one is still kickin and works beautifully (*knocks on wood)

I did the same but the way I solved it is using one that fit within the stripped part of the screw and lightly hammering it in so the head is jammed into the screw and I could easily turn it that way. I also recommend you call Sony, they will be glad to send you replacement screws.

yeah the same thing happened to me, i stripped the heads so i just got a slightly bigger screw and took a hammer and pounded it in a few times and the screws came out super easy

so i've heard that you can ship your controller to sony for replacement. i have two sixaxises (plural??) from the launch and the batteries hardly last at all. can i ship those to sony to get batteries replaced?? if so is it free? and do you get the same controller back but with a new battery or do they ship you a brand new one or refurbished? and finally will they trade my sixaxises for dual shock 3's??

yeah i know you can buy batteries and replace them by myself but i feel like i remember someone on this or another board mention that they sent in there six axis and got a dual shock 3 in return

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

i think in order for sony to have backwards compatibility with ps3 games they'll probably have to use the cell again

I've experienced no lag, Uncharted 2 has dedicated servers.

wrong, Uncharted 2 does not use dedicated servers, it uses p2p and consequently has the lag that p2p brings with it.
