Shading/lighting are noticeably different in the 360 screens, I like the distance effects a lot more on the 360 also, they look more realistic to my eyes. I'm not really a fan of one system over the other. I game on the PC, my roommates PS3, and my 360...I don't really have a preference of one over the others, although I did start out on the PC.

I just downloaded Combat Arms this week, and it is worth the download for sure. It reminds me of playing Counterstrike back in the day. Sort of.
