Im on the verge of making an insectron guide. Sence i beat rogue galaxy and im mainly doing insectron now. So far i got stuff only for the the food and its not even done. this is what i have so far tho:

Seventhmoon: + HP, throw, cut, poison, explosion, confusion. - knockback
Ruby: +strength
Firestone: +strength
stella crystal: +HP, Defence, Knockback, throw, poison, confusion. -cut, explosion
Lapis Lazuli: +HP (5)
Edensia: + HP, strength, knockback, cut, confusion, explosion. -Throw, poison
Nebula opal: +HP (5)
Rainbow Newt: +cut
Electric Eel: +explosion
Sticky gum: +knockback
yago milk: +HP, knockback, cut, throw, explosion, poison. -confusion
sanchez fruit: +HP, strength, defence
pepper: +poison
coffee beans: + confusion

Eventually i plan to have everything the food does for u like how much it adds what it catches at what spots. il also figure out every insectron and where to find them too. but i hope this small guide willl be a lil hlp to some of u that injoys the insectron and didnt already figure this out.
