Dungeon Siege (first game). I've always loved that game.

Is is possible to transfer data from my old 360 to the slim's memory?
Hey there. I've been running into this odd connection problem lately. I have a friend on live I usually always play with, but now for some odd reason I can't seem to connect to any of his game or go into a party chat or private with him that he hosted. And it's the same for him. He can't join any of my games or party's.
I don't have any problems with anyone else on my friend list, same with him, it's only us for some reason. I don't understand what could be stopping us from connecting to each others games. The ONLY way I could play with him is if somebody else created and game and we both joined that game, same with the party chat.
Now, when I try and join him on ODST, it says I can't join him because I have a moderate NAT....not sure what that means. Router problem maybe? But how could it be so when I can join anyone else...
Anyone have a solution to this problem? Would be great to fix it.
Thanks in advance

Longest game I've played is Oblivion. Seriously played that game inside out. My other games I've played the longest is Mass Effect, Fallout 3, Halo 3, Cod 4 and the Outfit. (all in order)
You might wonder "why the Outfit?"
I loved the single player and the online. Was just so much fun and intense.
Well, let me start this off by saying; I'm getting mad at M$. My 360 got the RROD about 2 weeks ago, butI was only able to send it in last wed. Well Yesterday, I got a new 360 from M$. I was impressed because it only took me a week to receive a new unit. I was really happy.
So, all happy and excited with my 360 back, I go and set it up on my t.v to play the orange box. Well guess what? The disk tray wouldn't open. So, I removed the faceplate thinking their was something blocking it. Well their wasn't. The only way I was able to get the disk tray open is by forcing it open. (I didn't break the tray off, just pulled on it so it would open.) I have no clue what's the source of the problem, but all I have to say is: Damn you Microsoft.
Anyway, has anyone experience this problem before and know how to fix it? If not....I'll be sending it in again to microsoft.
What? You can't "ignore" it. It's the 360 itself. The RROD means you 360 got an internal system failure, therefore will not let you play on your 360.....unless you have something else.
