Well i dont want to re-ignite the TP review flame, but i agree with it. I could even score it a bit lower.

Wasnt as good as WW, and the community instead of praysing Nintendo for delaying a GC game and then releasing it with tacked on wii controls, should just demand more from Nintendo. Otherwise, the big N will refurbish games of the past to please the so called hardcore audience, and invest where the money's at: wii fit, brain games, the 35+ female audience.

Its not a problem if its different from other games, which it is, but it will be a problem if its not different enough from past metroids. They were awesome games but one has to move on, and just slapping wii controls wont do it.

You seem to forget that GS scored MP1 a 9.7.

MP2 deservedly got less even tho it was still an excellent score.

I havent seen much of the MP3 but this is 2007, technically the game wont be much different, if the developer doesnt pull some rabbit out of the hat i dont see how the game will keep up with this years extraordinary competition.

Another one of these threads and i'll puke.

BTW, just checked the TC game ratings, every PS3 game he rated got a 10.0 and he rated a single 360 game, shadowrun, with 1.0.

Thats great we need more people like you TC !!! ......... >_>

You guys should just be thankful for all the work Jeff has put into this site. After the departures of Bob, Carrie and Greg, he and Rich are pretty much the pillars of gamespot, at least from my perspective. They are the ones who make me religiously visit this site.

What would be of Gamespot without Jeffs interventions in the hotspot, his wacky analogies and comments, and even his (of midnight brown) sounds in many of GS's features?
