If you have Xbox live then you may want to reconsider COD4, I have never played it on PS3 but it has to be the most popular online game for the 360 at this time. We'll see what happens when World at War comes out next month, it has quite the act to follow.
Anyone that plays the game long enough will, or least should, be able to counter the so-called "overpowering" perks or weapons. I always hated the jaugernaut perk and the sniper rifle, so I got better at headshots and throwing grenades, it worked out good for me. Also the martydom perk, don't run over the recently deceased. You won't find the level 10 rank 55 guys complain.
Thats what I thought, I accidently ordered it through Walmart and am now in the process of trying to cancel the order. It shouldn't be difficult being that it is not going to be shipped for another full month. Otherwise I will have 2 copies.
