The graphics card i currently have is an 8800GT. It can run many great games from 1-2 yrs ago on max or high settings with a decent framerate. But now i recently received 200 dollars and think its time to upgrade the card. The best i could find closest to the price is Nvidia GTX 275. Will the 275 last long enough to be worth its current 200 dollars (as in future games requiring more powerful cards)? And is the power gap between the 8800Gt and the 275 big enough to see huge changes?

Thank you for answering. I know there is a graphics card ranking list but i really dont know the size of the gaps between each one. Im noob when it comes to this kind of stuff

And if there is a better card around the $200-$250 range, please tell me !

so many FPS games over the past few years.

I'm almost sick of holding a gun now in my games.

Killzone 2 will have to amaze me...in ways untold for me to appreciate it :O

Loved SO3. The battle system and battle theme made me level grind so much xD

Even if i dont get a 360 soon, I already convinced my friend to get the game for his 360 ;)

How the conservation went...

Friend - Hey I got my 360. Should i get ToV?

Me - I heard it wasnt that good. Wait a bit and get SO4?

Friend- what the heck is Star Ocean?

Me -YOU NEVER PLAYED SO!??

*Starts talking about SO3 > a lot of Tales games*

Friend - I'm sold!

Dont get me wrong though. I loved a few tales games mainly Tales of Symphonia :D

20+ ps3 games so far. I have to be a little more picky ever since games became 60 bucks and it takes longer for them to have price cuts
