And to add on, twinning can occur 1 to 2 weeks after conception...since a lot of this debate pertains to a person's "soul." If souls really exist, when and how do they come to be?Do not know exactly, but definitely not at conception or for the few weeks after when it is nothing more than a very small bunch of cells.

Somebody plucking a harp all day long wouldn't be my idea of bliss that's for sure. In fact I'd find it downright annoying. I'm hoping heaven's moved with the times and taught angels to play music with modern instruments and preferably competent DJ'ing skills.[QUOTE="Bi-Polaroid"][QUOTE="foxhound_fox"]
Do you have an explanation showing that it does exist? And on top of that, which conceptualization of "heaven" are we going to talk about here? Clouds and angels with harps, or a realm of extreme bliss incomprehensible to the human mind?BOBBALOOUUUUUU
i would prefer something with some soul. maybe some funk or jazz.
I'd be dancing for the rest of all eternityThere's no physical proof that life came out of nothing, or is there physical proof that God doesn't exist. It is simply impossible for science to prove or disprove God, and to assume he doesn't exist is a huge risk that dare I might say, takes more faith than believing in an omnipotent being who isn't limited in time and space.hiphops_saviorNo one says that. Life on Earth is composed of 4 of the 5 most abundantly and naturally occuring elements in the universe: hydrogen, oxygen, carbon, and nitrogen.
When making the assumption that god exists, one must assume time always existed. Any action, such as the act of creating something or even thinking of creating something takes some amount of time. Therefore time always exists.
Agnostic shouldn't even be an option imo. No one knows if there is a god or not, thus everyone is agnostic by definition.[QUOTE="C_Town_Soul"]

im agnostic. don't know why atheist and agnostic r in the same option. as one beliefs there is no god. and the other doesn't know if there is one or not, big difference

They have faith that there is a god. They believe that there is a god. Agnostics are uncertain whether each of both realities is true.

Yes I agree but I chose this issue because it is easily overlookedThat's a good question and I've asked myself this many times (not particularly your question, but more so why God didn't foresee issues with Satan before deciding to create him and letting everything spin out of control). I'm not so sure of the answer.

The second chapter of Genesis creates a problem. Adam needs a suitable helper so at first, god creates all the beasts and Adam names them; however, none were suitable for him. God then puts Adam into a deep sleep creating Eve from one of his ribs and they were "one flesh." Don't you think if god was omniscient he would have known other animals were unsuitable for Adam and would've created Eve in the first place rather than saving her for Plan B? Why didn't god know that humans can't procreate with other animals?
Gen 2:19-24
19 Now the LORD God had formed out of the ground all the beasts of the field and all the birds of the air. He brought them to the man to see what he would name them; and whatever the man called each living creature, that was its name.
20 So the man gave names to all the livestock, the birds of the air and all the beasts of the field.
But for Adam[h]no suitable helper was found.
21 So the LORD God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man's ribs[i]and closed up the place with flesh.
22 Then the LORD God made a woman from the rib[j]he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man.
23 The man said,
"This is now bone of my bones
and flesh of my flesh;
she shall be called 'woman,[k]'
for she was taken out of man."
24For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh.
