PC gaming is (much) better, but console gaming is a better fit for a lot of people, and there are a number of amazing console games (Nintendo's come to mind) that will never be available on PC.
Even though I only own an Xbox 360 and really not a fan of PS3, I'm glad they are coming out with a motion controller and it should make the Wii obsolete. While I don't think that will happen, it will certainly bring down sales for the Wii and drag all those Wii gamers back to the PS3 and 360. Nintendo really needs to release a Wii HD because once Project Natal and that motion control come out, there's gonna be very little reason to own a Wii(nintendo develops good 1st party games)

Can you get Nintendo games on the PS3 and 360? Until that day, the Wii will never be obsolete.
