I stand corrected. However, if you substitute "video game console" for "electronics", I think it would be hard to disagree.

I've used this analogy before, and I'm going to use it again:

Imagine the contest between Sony and Microsoft wasn't to make the best video game console, but rather to make the best food. Pretend that Microsoft makes a really good pork sandwich, and Sony makes a really good hamburger. Now, pretend that Microsoft did indeed make the better food. Would you point to their sales in Saudi Arabia and claim ownage? I would think now. For those of you who don't know, muslims don't eat pork, and Sauidi Arabia is a predominantly muslim nation.

Japanese people have never bought American electronics. They never will buy American electronics even if they are great (Just like Saudi Arabians won't buy pork, even though it kicks ass). Thats just how it is people, so if that is all you have to claim "ownage" then it really shows just how much you know.
