I was wondering the same thing. I would assume so. I haven't heard anything concrete though.

I am a nerd, so I downloaded one of the props from the avatar marketplace during the beta preview. I am wondering, now that the update has been rolled out, will the props be visible to friends I join in the XBL party system? I havent seen my avatar play with the prop while in a party. Only when I am looking at him on the My Xbox blade. Anyone know???
