In a momentary lapse in judgement, I went out and bought Wario Ware: Smooth Moves. Everything I read was telling me that the game was great and that fun and laughter abound from start to finish. That's great for the first hour, after which this game goes straight to file 13 until my stoner friends show up and need their short attention spans assualted with frantic, seizure inducing lights and noises.
This game is only for the multiplayer crowd, of which I don't belong. As long as my wife won't game with me, I'll just stick with those games that can offer me a more lasting experience. The way I look at it, if a game lasts 50 hours and costs 50 bucks, that comes out to 1 dollar per hour of gameplay. Using this brilliant formula, I just paid 50 bucks for 1 hour of fresh gameplay. While Smooth Moves is not a bad game, it is not worth buying.
How was I stupid enough to buy this game without renting it first? Ugghhh...
