I would put the following on my Modern Warfare 2 Christmas wish list;

  • More and larger maps
  • Map creation/customisation (eg Halo 3 and Far Cry 2)
  • Destructible environments (eg BF:BC)
  • Online achievement/trophies
  • Vehicles (eg Halo 3 and BF:BC)
  • Replays (eg Halo 3)
  • Customisable Characters
  • Longer Single player campaign
  • Ability to use Cover (eg GOW)
  • More players online

As long as they are done well... no half a$$ed gimicks

spinning lorries and buses whats that?

The other things we do are set up melee weapon team deathmatches which are really fun with alot of people or getting the police on us and seeing how long we can survive

rassclart

Just go on youtube and search for GTAIV glitch tutorial and you will find how to spin buses and the swingset glitch etc. You can also find the location of the skatepark on youtube if you haven't already.

What are some of the cool things you can do with your mates in GTAIV online?

Some things I have enjoyed are;

- Trying to bail out of helicopters and land in swimming pools

- Pulling stunts on motorbikes at the skate park

- Launching cars with the swingset glitch

- Spinning buses and trunks (another glitch)

- Trying to hit people off rooftops in a helicopter at full speed

I'm sure other people have games etc they have made up?

When I first got both games I would have said COD4 easy. However now after owning them both for a while I find I go back to playing Halo3 more often than COD4. I find COD4 gets too same ol same ol, where as Halo3 seems to be more varied with vehicles/better team work etc.

I was playing GTAIV with a mate and he was trying to run me over in a speed boat while I was swiming. I managed to jump aboard as he drove past and drop a grenade in his boat. I jumped back off and watched him drive into the distance unaware of my grenade and kaboom. Funny as.

Does anyone think Saints Row 2 will be more fun online than GTAIV?

I am looking forward to online co-op for the whole Saints Row 2 story mode.

My initial reaction was a 10. But after playing it for a couple of weeks I realised it just wasn't as fun as San Andreas. I would give it 8.5 cos they took more out than they put in.

And, No Roman I do not want to go bowling with you, so stop fn ringing me.

I agree that in many respects BF:BC has taken a few steps backwards when compared to the other Battlefield games. Likewise it has taken a few steps forward in terms of destructible environments and a better (although still not great) single player story.

The same happened with GTA4, there are many things which I enjoyed in San Andreas such as Planes, Jet Packs, Casinos, etc that didn't make it into GTA4. Yet big improvements were made in other areas such as graphics and story quality.

I think companies purposely don't make a game as good as it can be so that they can include the added quality/features in future releases and make more money. If they made a game as good as it could be from the start, there would be no reason to purchase the next version. Imao.

Cool. If only BF:BC had as many modes as COD4.

One of the funniest I have come across is a guy called "a common cold".

Everytime he shot me in COD4 it use to say, you were killed by a common cold.

Classic.
