So, that' s what everyone is talking about today. I tuned in too for the program last night. Frodo was presenting the whole show, I though the musical performances were a waste of time and all I really wanted to hear was info about the new Xbox. I got served, more or less. First of all, I wasn' t impressed at all by the graphics but I assume later games will look better than that. The one thing you notice first in next-generation games should be the visuals, and from what I' ve seen, the current Xbox really isn' t dated at all. I' ll have to wait for especially good looking video games like Oblivion in order to know what the true power of the Xbox 360 is. Unfortunately, there was no info about the next Elder Scrolls but we got our first look at Perfect Dark 0. I think this could be a worthy successor for Halo 2. it has all the great ingredients that make Halo a great game (sci-fi storyline, co-op play, online multiplayer etc...) and what about the fact that you can play on XBL with up to 50 players! That' s insane. The maximum number I' ve tried is 32 on Counter-Strike and firefights were pretty hectic already. I can' t wait to play with the finished product.

I have played Counter-Strike before with one of the featured gamers, AthenaPMS (she was the blonde chick) I was very surprised to see her on the show.

Anyways, the design of the Xbox is very sleek but I find it a bit bulky, I thought it was going to be a lot smaller. Still, I can' t wait to take a look at some other Xbox 360 games and I' m eagerly anticipating the moment when this console will land in my living room, and let' s hope that we' ll finally see some great MMORPG' s for a console other than the Playstation...
