Thanks for the replies everyone... not sure what I'll do but I got some good ideas from people.

Here are some other responses to the same question on a different forum:

It would be very cool. BUT... Diablo seems to play the best on PC with the mouse and keyboard combination... I honestly haven't tried Diablo on the PSX but I can't imagine it being better than the mouse keyboard combo.

Depends what you want out of the experience... I'll admit that the keyboard/mouse is more precise than controller/stick. However, it makes me feel like an overlord telling my character where to go, what to attack, and he is following my commands. With a controller/stick it's direct... it feels more like you ARE the character, not just someone telling him what to do.

I hoep that makes sense... it's a hard distinction toexplain... But if you've played the same game with the two different control schemes it's a very different feeling.

I was listening to the latest Gamespot podcast and they explained how content donwloaded from Live (as well as arcade games) is not just linked to your GamerTag, but it is also linked to your 360 machine.

This would explain a problem I was having over the holidays... All of the arcade games I downloaded on my old 360 (it 3-red-lighted-ed and was replaced) won't work on my new 360 when Live is down. If I can't connect to Live, then they all appear as Trial versions even though I've paid full price and downloaded the full versions of all of them. This is garbage!

Anyone know of a way to migrate the DRM to my new machine? or any other fix?

We will never see 2 on arcade it's just to big but I think they could do 1 easy. The analog stick would be the hard part.

Diablo 1 was on the PSX. I actually preferred the direct, stick control on the console over the point-n-click control of the PC version. And look at Dark Alliance or Champions of Norrath... those were outstanding dungeon crawlers with analog stick control schemes.
