Okay here is the deal I load up steam on my pc, I get ready to load up Portal, I type in the cd key and after I do the thing says

Steam Sever is unavailable

your computer is either currently unable to reach the steam servers,

or the service may be temporarily unavailable. Please Try Again Later.

So I don't know what to do
