Hi there. Our DSL escalation team is typically successful in getting issues like this resolved. We'd be happy to check out what's going on with this and let you know what needs to be done to get it fixed. Email us with the details and your account number so we can get started. TalkToUs@Centurylink.com Thank you! -Doug @Centurylinkhelp TeamI had Comcast 12mb/s, averaged about 7 down and 2.5 up, about 15 ping. Worked well, all things considered. Now I have Century Link 7mb/s. I get about 2-3 down and 0.7 up with 80-150 ping. It's definitely a noticable difference but most of the time it doesn't cause problems. Probably wouldn't call it smooth though. Don't know anything about packet loss or jitter.
