Thank you again Didn't even know Odin Sphere's devs were making a new game will deffintly be looking foreward to that now,Hopefully the Wii continues getting some of these great niche games I know the 360 is good for mainstream style but hoping the Wii can take over my need for rogue/artsy games for many years to come which my DS currently does.

P.S Checked out de Blob also looks good seems to me it has the same off the wallness the Katamari games did which is even better.

I think the three games with the most original art direction coming out are MadWorld, Kizuna, and Fragile. The three of them look stunning.

I don't why you would say those games are "never talked about" means, though, they're hot topics around the board.

Wintry_Flutist

I'll check the other two out,And I hardly ever post on fourms overall so my main source of knowledge come from Wii owners I know and most of them are Zelda and Mario etc... I know another game I was told to look at was Okami(spelling) But i'll add the other two to that list to check out then.

I just recently got a Wii on a impulse buy,Now I have a 360 and a PC so the main games I'm trying to find and look forward to are games with amazing art direction and that good indie feel to them. Right now I only have "No More Hero's" and "Chocobo Dungeon " But was wondering if anyone else knew any other games that are rumored or out but never talked about that have great art direction. I only know of "Mad World" only so far that is coming out.

The people here who say the sports games should stop or only come out once every 2 years clearly don't play them. I play Fifa and count the days untill I get the next installment with updated rosters, jerseys, weather effects, and physics comes out. I don't want to be playing a game that's a year and a half old because it's the newest installment. I like the reasurance that a new Fifa will be out the same time every year and look forward to it. Also, Hitman is an amazing series that didn't live long enough.

As for games that have lived to long... I don't know of a game that should, games that they make multiple installments of must be being bought by someone, so who am I to say it should be discountinued. I think Dynasty Warriors is complete and utter garbage but if there are people in this forum alone that like a game that god awful then there must be a fan base for those other mult-installment games out there.

coolspot619

It must make you feel good knowing you hate on Dynasty Warriors for being garbage when like Sports games it has the same good set of rules it follows and follows them to a T while adding in new spin off ideas or new ways to do skills/levels or anything else. Sure Dynasty Warriors can feel like wow 2 and 6 are the same but the differances are subtle as they should be. I mean it's the same way fifa 99 and fifa 09 and same with fifa 2099 will all be the same as its the same sport. Same way every racing game deals with driving a car around a track. And how every gun game has "Use gun on man"

I'll agree RE4 was fun,But felt like a action movie running around with a shotgun and so much ammo you could and very well did take on a small army by yourself. I miss the golden days of RE 2 and 3. I still play 3 even to this day as I thought it had everything nailed down it was brutaly hard on the hard mode in the sense you attualy had to run from zombies for your life. As well as it did give you fun unique guns to shoot but you had to hoard them as ammo was not droped like candy like it was in 4.

I guess RE4 and im guessing now RE5 is following the Doom 3 idea of scary,And i'll stick to my idea that nothing is really scary when you have a shotgun with near endless amount of ammo. Scary is even with a big gun you have barely enough to take down 3 of the 6 zombies trying to chew on you. What's the point of calling it a horror game these days when you spend more time firing your fully automatic shotgun then you do running in fear.

Kane and Lynch, For the games story it tied it up so amazingly well and kept the dark tone.It fits the last chapters name,"Damned if you do,Damned if you don't"

I don't know I loved dressing up sims, and I love achievements. So making my own Avatar with unlockable outfits from achievements. best of both worlds right there.Plus Im not sure why so many hate the idea of picking out outfits or hairstyles and such. Sounds like a much better system then just a premade little picture next to my name.

I mean the PS3 home was actually a cool feature that I was thinking of buying a PS3 for. So Im glad my 360 will statisfy my need for a "Avatar"

I want them to go as far away from 4 as they can. 4 was nothing but a dumbed down Resident Evil with more action. They took away everything that made RE a survival horror genre. This was the first one without zombies, backstory, giant spiders(in my book is a good thing), ammo scavenging, legitimate puzzles(what puzzles there were required no thinking at all), and much more. RE4 was a great ACTION game but was a horrible SURVIVAL HORROR game which is what the RE series is. I would just like Capcom to at least release old school Resident Evil games they don't have to keep them in the 1,2,3,4,5 category but like Code Veronica or Outbreak which would allow them to keep releasing action based ones for the newer Resident Evil fans.

Same,I mean could you imagine what they could do if they remade and reworked with todays tech, Resident Evil 2 and 3. However back then games like SH,and RE were pretty niche based. Now with RE4 and coming up with RE5 I think there trying to push the series into a major cash cow for them with lots of exposlions, semi naked girls, and zombies. Gone is the days of actually running more then you stand and kill the zombies in Raccoon city.

What's really sad, is when someone sees in my gamercard, "Proud deaf gamer" and they send a message insulting me about being deaf. It's insulting but also amazing to see pro active discrimination knowing they took the time to text a hate message.

Remember for the most part Consoles have never been known for amazing graphics towards the end of the ps2, The PC was outgunning every game on the ps2 for looks with say Far cry at max and such, However when the next new systems come out they will tend to be on par with the PC's again and then slowly PC will gain a leverage again. I mean remember to make the games you play on the 360 they use a PC so the PC has to be able to even make the graphics and coding in the first place =p
