Three times in a row now I have played Gagarin (Episode 2 Chapter 5) in Spartan Ops online with other people and every time after the game is over I get sent to a lobby with the people then back to the Spartan Ops Lobby. The issue is that it skips the two screens for exp and score and I have so far not gained any exp for these three games. Also no i'm not capped on exp for the day.

So what i'm wondering is if there's a connection bug or something causing this OR is this done by the host quitting the game before exp is given some how?

Edit: Restarted the game all the way to the dashboard just in case and tried again. Yet again for the fourth time the same situation happens and there's also no message for Online Exp Maxed.

A friend and I ran an update on a game at the same time from the same network using a wireless N router. I am using an internal wireless N adapter in a 250gb slim 360 while he was using an external wireless G adapter on a Elite 360 model. His update download took several seconds while mine took several minutes.

Now this doesn't make much sense and goes to validate the issues I've been having with my console's adapter concerning downloads, multiplayer, and streaming videos. Wireless N adapter to N router should provide a stronger and faster connection than G to N, if not faster than at least equal, not slower.

I went on to further test the two adapters by disconnecting and reconnecting using the wireless G adapter and doing downloads of demos. Within 10 minutes the G adapter downloaded more and faster than in comparison to the wireless N. About 10% within 10 minutes for G while N was about 2% in the same amount of time. I also attempted streaming videos on xbox live and as usual the N adapter buffered every two minues or so while the G adapter only buffered two during the length of the video and the buffer times were much shorter.

So I was wondering what the opinions of others were on the situation and if anyone else has been encountering connection issues concerning the N adapters in the slim 360s.

I was wondering if anyone else has been having a lot of issues with downloads for Demos and DLC taking a long time for content that should only take 20 minutes to an hour taking three hours or more?

Also I have noticed a lot of issues with streaming videos such as the ones found in "Inside Xbox" where the videos will play for two minutes then buffer for a minute and repeat.

Now I have never had any issues like this since before the dashboard update and before I purchased one of the new 250gb 360 consoles and nothing in my network has changed.

As I said I was wondering if anyone else has been having this problem because for the most part watching anything interesting or informative on the 360 is out of the question and it's a pain to have to wait a whole day for a few DLC to finish downloading.

I've never ran into many console freezing or lock up issues but since the software update the other day for kinect my Xbox 360 continues to lock up while it starts up. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if this may be caused by update which was recently done.

Installing games to your Xbox 360 hard drive allows the console to pull information from the hard drive and the disc rather than completely from the disc. This offers shorter save times, load times, loading screens, and doesn't make your console work as hard. Personally every time I get a game I install it to my hard drive for these benefits and you are capable of deleting that game. Deleting the game will not remove achievements or save games only the game information which was taken from the disc.

Companies make a street date for a reason and there are very few "legit" ways to come about getting the game in that way. One of which that comes to mind is if the company making the game gives the game to someone for the purpose of making a review in which case the review can be ready for the day of release. Other than that if a company gets caught selling a game before street date intentionally they could be fined $5,000 if I'm not mistaken along with if the company making the game chooses to they could pull the stores rights to sell that game. So in this case if store X sells Halo: Reach on the 11th on purpose to associates and/or customers to gain an advantage over surrounding stores that would sell the game Bungie/Microsoft could remove Halo: Reach from that store and not allow store X to sell that game.

Normally unlocks during a beta do not carry over into the full game and the purpose of that is to create balance among the players. Although in your case of level 7 I believe Gamestop is offering preorder content to Tier 1 Operator which is level 7, So in conclusion if you technically wanted to retain level 7 you could check to make sure PC gets that preorder bonus and then go for it.

I would suggest some of the older titles seeing how the newest one is suppose to be something like a plot filler, filling the gap between two of the already released games.

I'm fairly certain that if you place a pre-order on a game and go in to pick it up within the time they hold it (1-3 weeks or so) and it's not there then they have to get it from another store ASAP or find some compensation.

In concerns with not being able to cancel your pre-order for Red Dead they arn't allowed to refuse seeing how the game isn't released yet nor do you have it in your possesion.

No because anyone familiar with games now days know that you can't do anything with PC games due to the CD key and all the registration stuff that people do with the game.

So it's a wise idea to check the specs on your computer before purchasing a PC game rather than get mad because stores wont take it.
