So I broke down and decided to be BROKE for a month or two and hunted down a Black DS. I bought Brain age too.. It was mostly for the Back light so i can finish Mario and Luigi. Oh and I really hope that my OCD doesn't drive me crazy with the smuges the black one tends to have.

I was so excited to hear it was coming to the states.  Then last night I got to play my friends and everytime you touch it fingerprints smear all over it.  That's not very classy.  Now I actually think I might wait for another color or just get the white one.

41 days of 100F degree weather and no internet.  This is what Hell is like.
I just went to Chicago last weekend where it was 80 degrees(but muggy as Houston.)  No i didn't say muggles everywhere, crazy Harry Potter lovers.  Anyways I was there for an Interview with an Airline,  I won't know if I got the job till the end of September.  I don't want to wait that long though so I am going to move to Chicago...broke.  Adios Tejas.  I want a real winter!!!!  Internet too!
It would be nice to have money by early next year too.  I have been without a good console game for far to long.
anyways if anyone happened to be curious i'm not dead...though Hell sure is trying to claim my soul.

Due to extenuating circumstances and the situation I have placed myself in life at the moment,  I will probably be with out high-speed internet(possibly no internet) starting next week for a month.

Around June, unless my withdrawls really kick in, Summer school will start and I will just stay at school an extra hour or two once in awhile.

Moving stinks, especially when you're moving to the boonies.  It will be an hour and a half drive back to school 4 days a week.  Hopefully if all goes well I can be back in my nice little college town to finish my senior year(cross fingers) and finally get out of the university system.

Oh on the plus side it will probably give me a chance to play a few games.

I would like to resubscribe to a Video game magazine in the next couple of months.. But I havnt read one since January or so.  That was GameInformer.  I do not really enjoy the writing styles of the Magazines that are under the 1-up brand (EGM...etc)  but if someone gives some compelling reason I might look at them again.
I would even consider a Spanish or German language magazine...but then again they'd probably be expensive... What do you read? Do you just get all your news and previews from GS?  I personally like being able to sit in the bed and read a magazine once in awhile.  Oh and is GS linked to a video game magazine? AND how do you like the mags that they give you for subscribing here?

So I can play some COH or WOW or SIMS2 or CIV IV... OR any video game at all! For at least a month then I get to take summer classes. English: British Literature before 1790ish and Political science: International Human Rights. I'm going to die.

So on 19 March 2006 I went through a break up with my live in b/f.  He moved to the other room and our friendship has been on the mend.  However his friend, who is also our roomate decided to be a bully.  Before we let her move in I told her that my cat was  a one animal per household animal.  Now she is trying to bring her cat...She didnt ask she just out right told me, "im bringing him."
well thats all i am going to rant about that but trust me it is stressful.  Cause it might actually get physical.... I won't allow that outside cat in the apartment based on our previous agreements.  My cat is 7 and has been outside on her own all of 2 minutes till I said "boo" and she darted back in.  She gets the shots required of an inside cat only.  Very perturbed about the situation.  On top of the break up.

And the really tragedy of it all... I have not played one video game since before the 9th of march.... arg!

It really doesnt make much sense cause all you do is make people do what you do in your life all day long...Yet for hours on end I'll play this game!  It must be subliminal messages.  I even swore I would not get Open for business and yet I have preordered it.  I didnt make it a week before I bought Nightlife. 
    The further irony of it all is that I hate EA corp.  They are bad at giving you just enough that it passes for a game but you have to wait for the sequel for interesting things like being able to play split screen or go online or god knows what else they skimp on just to get a game out.

Oh yea the star trek online, i wish i hadnt found out about it so soon cause it is really going to suck... not because star trek sucks but because they( the producers/makers) are going to not know what they are doin and we're going to end up with a game like star wars galaxies...(never played it, but heard plenty of unappealing things about it) I am actually going to write Perpetual and see if i can convince them to change the "CLAN" system which would seem so out of place in a ST MMO. Should be more of individual expierence when it comes to ranking up.
