Sorry Sheep......it's kinda flamebait material.
The Overall Experience
First of all, before we crown an overall winner, I have a confession to make. Metroid Prime 3 is the first Prime game that I've played. After picking up the Wii controller and getting totally wrapped up in the world of Samus Aran in Corruption, I had to go back and play the first of the Prime games to see how far the series had come. Sadly that lead me to the largest of Corruption's problems when being compared with BioShock: Corruption is a fantastic gameplay experience that everyone should try for themselves, but it doesn't differentiate itself from the previous Prime games enough. The visual differences are essentially indiscernible and the gameplay is essentially the same aside from a few requisite additions that have been put in place. The biggest change is its flawless adaptation to the Wii's control scheme, and it should be rewarded for that.
BioShock on the other hand is unlike any other first-person shooter on Xbox 360. It effortlessly blends RPG elements with some awe-inspiring action and movie-quality storytelling. At the end of the day, when the dust has settled and both of these games have been shelved in favor of greener gaming pastures, it will be BioShock that sticks out in everyone's mind.MikeE21286
I'm not sure if that line of reasoning is completely fair. After all, MP3 had two prequels in the Prime series, while Bioshock had none (System Shock II is a spiritual prequel at best). IGN uses one of my pet peeves here. I've always believed that games should be judged on their own merits and not whether it's better or worse than its prequels, or whether it adds anything new to the series. If you always base games on their prequels (or lack thereof), then games which are the first entry in a series, like Bioshock or the original Metroid Prime will almost always be judged as "better" than games woth two prequels behind its belt, like MP3. Then again, I'm not convinced that even if the games were judged on their own merits that MP3 would be deemed the better game.
Maybe the Brain Age head. Don't know what he would do, but it'd be pretty funny.cam2009
Ooh, I got it! He would pop out and ask a quick multiple choice question about multiplication or something. Every character would have to answer it in like 5 seconds. The ones that get it right are unharmed, but the ones that get it wrong are blasted by his laser beam eyes off the stage! It would be the best assist trophy ever!
my bad slander. can you sue for that?[QUOTE="laughingman42"][QUOTE="mattbbpl"]Wasn't it in a vocal interview? If that's the case, it would be slander. Libel is slander in print.mattbbpl
Sure can, as long as you can prove that it has caused you some type of harm.
Also, you must prove that the slanderous speech is not true, I believe. I'm also thinking that you have to show that the person you are suing meant you harm by those words. Not sure about that, though.

[QUOTE="Chessman2391"][QUOTE="PS3_FTW"]Also, Wii's new AAA 'game' has not been selling well. "I guess people want propper games, I hope not all Wii games are minigames fit for partys" was what the store clerk told me.farnhamI would imagine that the reason WW "isn't selling well" is because it's NOT OUT YET. Unless you live in Europe, of course. Do you?
