Banjo, Rebel Strikes on-foot sections were lacklustre but IMO the game was still quite good and technically superb at the very least. gaminggeek

Yeah, those on-foot sections really did take the game down alittle. Take those out and you would have had a very good game. And the Co-op in the game was kind of fun as well.

[QUOTE="Chibi_Kaji"]BoF 2 was a fun game. But since I already own it for the GBA I think I'll skip it.DarkCatalyst

I have it on GBA and SNES, and still bought it here.

It's nice to have a lot of games that travel easily if I ever need to go somewhere fast. I can just grab the Wii off the shelf and have a nice library of games on board by that alone.

I agree, but as it stands now I'm little tight on cash and I am trying to avoid spend money on games I already own.

Godmode: I have been thinking about importing BoF 3 for the PSP. Is it worth the 40$?

Here is another review of the game. I think he brings up some valid points that I will take into consideration. This is easily the most comprehensive and well thought out review of the bunch.

I don't know, I felt that the last few sentences ruined and creditbility he had...

I actually found a negative on this game:

"Of the few qualms I have with BioShock, the chief amongst them was an ubiquitous "hacking" mini-game, required to get discounts in vending machines or turn security cameras on your side. It became an exercise in tedium fairly quickly, but was optional, and also avoidable"

That was from a review on shacknews, of course the rest is non stop praise. The game has been reviewed at 17 different sites, the averarge is around 98%.

That was my problem as well. I just found it easier to pay the fee instead of hacking...

I got the game yesterday and I can't put it down. But as a few other people said the timing couldn't have been worse with Bioshock coming out next week. So it's very likely this game could be put on the back burner for a while. But I will finish this game sometime afterwards.

Well the trailer is being premiered during Game Head right? So I guess it could just be him hyping it to get some ratings. I'm sure he will have some new info for us, but I just don't see it being something as big as a PS3 version.

No... that is a good point you have. However I don't think it would be as bad of a move to announce a PS3 port before the 360 version, as it would be to do the reverse. If an MGS4 port got announced before the PS3 version came out, it would potentially maim PS3 sales... however I don't think that news of a 360 game getting ported to the PS3 could really damage sales of the 360 version.rragnaar

Of course, but I still think you would have a group of people hold off on buying it for the 360 and wait and see if extra stuff comes with the PS3 version(If there is one). But honestly I think that announcement will have something to do with 360/PC game. I think it's safe to assume that they have some last big secret about the game they want to reveal before it comes out.

There have been rumors for a while... and Geoff Keighley is supposed to make an announcement about this game on the 12th... who knows I wouldn't be surprised either way.rragnaar

I doubt that the announcement would be about a PS3 version. It just seems like it would be a bad move to confirm a PS3 version before they actually get the game out on the PC/360. But then again I have no idea what I'm talking about...

[QUOTE="Skylock00"]

Just as a note, Kev just put up his Persona 3 review today. 8.5, and good stuff inside regarding some of the game's design. Essentially, it's a fusion of traditional Persona combat/demon work, asingle dungeonsort of main world for combat...and a high school sim (like Tokimeki Memorial) for character development purposes.

I'm so sold on this game. :)

nopalversion

Yeah, this looks lke a solid one. Surprisingly.

Indeed, The game looks like it will be pretty interesting. I was a little shocked when I first heard about the high school sim elements, but now it's one of the things I'm looking forward to in the game. I'm interested to see how it will work in the game.
