It was no "mistake" Coulthard was being held up by a crash that had just occured in front of him.  It was unreasonable for Spped to assume Coulthard was not involved in the crash.

If Speed was not going to pass Coulthard, he would have had to have stopped, waitied for Coulthard to go around the crashed cars, and Speed would have been passed himself!!!!!!

Total favouritism toward an established driver.

He should be fine, though he does look like he may turn into another journeyman like Eddie Cheever in the 80's.  But what do we know, it's been one race, and he had a faster overall lap than Tony Luizzi by three-tenths.  Good stuff, that.

Good article, this guy has a serious beef with Toyota and has been asked by them to quiet it down.  Sad thing is, most of what he says is true.  Multiple people have been charged with stealing Ferrari's secrets, Toyota was banned from the WRC for cheating, and NASCAR did fine them millions of dollars for developing their car with the help of a competitor's (Dodge) team.  So sad.

I was so upset at Schumacher losing, I actually felt sick when he lost the race to Alonso.  Bad times, even though it was a good race overall, I could not stand to watch the replay.  Felt like it was a farce.  We'll get them next time.

Spa, 2001, I think, when Mika passed Schumacher after splitting a backmarcker coming down from the Eau Rouge.  Man, I saw that live, and at the time, I even knew right then, I was happy to see that live, since it was so memorable.

I think Raikkonen should go to Ferrari.  Their poor performance before Schumacher was generally due to the poor performance of the top people in the company after Mr. Ferrari passed.  Raikkonen has the chance to be at a company that is really only concerned with F1, and does not depend on a manufacture to make engines for them or desgin their chassis.  A good long term move, even if the Red Baron stays.  He gets the bonus, if he can do it, of saying he beat Schumacher in equal equipment.

Did you listen to Matchett on SpeedTV? One of the major things they put on the Toro Rosso cars was a two dollar piece of carbon fiber over the air inlet.  Yep, two bucks.  Slowed the car.

Winston Churchill once said success was being able to go from failure to failure with no loss of enthusiasm.  Ecclestone, with his little puppet Max, goofed.  Now I am no fan of NASCAR, but maybe, just maybe, Mr Ecclestone would consider following his country brethen.  You know, restrictor plates!!!'

What would be the shame in that??  They want to limit budgets in F1, so they lose the "most technologically advanced form of racing" label right there.  Two race weekend engines?  What if they have an improvement they want to use??  They can't, they have to wait to use their technology. And don't get me started on that ten places grid penalty crap for engines.  Of they are so smart, how about they don't do it if they can conclude the engine failure was not an attempt to gain an advantage!!

Man, I love me some F1, but I do hate it so......lol.

Yes, it was a good idea.  I think it allows for a driver to push harder without the risk of having a flat spot or trashed tires for the rest of the race.  He can attempt to overtake without the risk of a flat spotted and vibration causing tire.

Nevermind the safety and piece of mind aspect of being able to change the bag of rubber which, if it blows, is the worst type of failure.

Some n00b WHO WE SOLD A 360 BROKE HIS OFF WHEN HE WAS TRYING TO REMOVE IT. So this guy wants....a new 360!!!  I kid you not.  I told him no way, and no new face plate, either.

Of course my manager caves, but only gives him a new faceplate.

I was not mad, because we gave hin one of those cheap Pelican ones, with the XS logo.  I told him he was elite and laughed, my manger was pissed, and the dude knew I was messing with him but he was full of it, so he said nothing.
