What up dudes? I just decided to drop by and tell you guys what's going on in my life these days. Right now as most people studying I am on summer break which means I'm working almost every day to make money to save and use as I see fit.

Now ever since I first got my job a little over a year ago I've been buying more games than I KNOW I should have and since last fall when I started studying films I've also expanded into buying the classic and not so classic motion pictures I felt like owning (even though I SOMEHOW managed to get my hand on House of the Dead without realizing it!). In fact I've started fearing that I'd never get around to really starting to put away money for my trip back to the US, and even though I've finally started to save money a new danger threatens my bank account...

Comic books! Now I've always been a little bit of a comic book geek but all the other stuff I also love has to fit too so I never have time to indulge myself into the world of Marvel comics more than what could be considered skin deep. However after buying a couple of collections of classic Marvel's including the necessary Marvel Encyclopedia I just had to dig deeper. Here's the thing though, even though the book together with the completely amazingly fun game Marvel: Ultimate Alliance made me make sure I checked out all the things that Marvel has to offer I still know the truth. I'm not the guy that loves all the stuff equally, there is one character that has ALWAYS been my favorite. I liked him when I was 4 and I still have as strong feelings toward him as to some of my close friends. I even wrote a speech for my third year of high school English praising this guy as my hero! I'm talking about Spider-Man, and even though a lot of people like Spider-Man (especially since the crappy films came out) I can still say that I feel like he's the best superhero ever and even though I usually try to go in the exact opposite way of the mainstream there is no denying the fact that the webslinger is one hero normal people can relate to.

Now I feel the need to keep on updating you on my voyage through comic-land so I'm going to start by telling you guys what I'm reading right now. I'm reading the awesome book simply titled Spider-Man :Blue and it's oddly enough made by Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale who's most famous stuff is mostly DC so it's kind of weird to see them make a sort of recollection comic on how Peter Parker first met and fell in love with Gwen Stacy. Now what I really like about this book is simply the fact that rather than just redrawing and adding some dialogue and then just focusing on the death of Peter and Gwen's romance they just make it about the love's evolution and Peter tells the story through audio logs he's leaving one sad Valentine's Day so that someday someone might remember Gwen Stacy.

Now even though I've revisited this particular moment in Spidey-history probably more than is healthy I can't stop loving it and it's probably my favorite tragedy ever (that's right! Screw Shakespeare, Spider-man's where it's at! Hamlet was a friggin' selfish loser!) I can most definitely say that this is one of my best purchases ever when it comes to comic books and it's up there with Kraven's Last Hunt (LOVE IT!) and that Mary Jane and Peter romance summary where I first found out that MJ ALWAYS knew who Peter really was.

Now I'm gonna get back to my reading. So if anyone has any tips on what they think I should read or wants any tips from me for that matter, talk away, I'll be listening!

OK, so I went to see "You don't Mess With the Zohan" yesterday and all I can say is that I'm disappointed in Adam Sandler. This movie has got to be one of the worst movies I've ever seen. Or maybe that's a little extreme but it was a lot worse than i thought it would be and in many ways I found it offensive. 'Cause even though the movie in it's own way tries to preach tolerance, it over-simplifies very complex issues and even though it tries to show that people from Palistine can be good normal people too it still comes off as having the opinion that Palistinians are the ones in the wrong in the whole conflict.

When all is said and done the movie even tries to tell me and the rest of the people in the theatre that in America they (the israelis and palistinians) can all get along! Because America is such a great country that discrimination doesn't even exist! *Note sarcasm*

Now you might think that my beef with the movie is based solely on the movies political views but if anything that's the least problematic issue because "Zohans" biggest problem is it's lack of humor. Crotch-jokes haven't been funny in a very long time, except when Judd's gang do it (but Apatow actually helped WRITE this crap, so I guess the jokes on me!). Interrupting the story's fluidity simply to direct te attention at Zohan's overly sized crotch is not funny just insutlingly simple and pathetic attempts at humor!

Basically, read the history books if you want to know about the Israel-conflict and if you want to see a great romatic comedy (with tasteful crotch-humor) go see "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" instead!

Last night I finished MGS 4 after 13 hours of straight play. I have NEVER done that before, but it was worth it. All I can say is wow... Where GTAIV failed to impress me MGS4 succeeded completely. It was epic in every sense of the word and it goes full circle by linking all te main story games (MGS 3 is surprisingly important in this game).

I think that you should all try to play it at least if you have a PS3, it's most def the best game on that system and I seriously doubt any game will ever be better on the PS3. Oh well, bak to work :P If you have any questions just ask

Hey, dudes!

I awoke no more than half an hour ago, and since I have an hour over until I have to go to work I decided to listen to the episode of the Giant Bomb bombcast that had been released last night. Last episode Jeff and Ryan hinted on big stuff to come from the Giant Bomb and how right they were, the first thing that happens after the intro plays is pretty much them announcing that Brad Shoemaker and Vinnie Caravella will become full time cast member of the Giant Bomb!

Now for someone like me this just rocks my socks off, since what I want with the Giant Bomb is what Gamespot once was, but a little more crazy which Jeff and Ryan seem to want too. So I'm really excited to see how this works out and I am now even more excited to see what happens when the bomb blows up this summer!

Just had to vent my happiness :P

I got GTA IV last night... Just one problem. I have another essa that I have to write so I can't play it:cry:

Finally I get to drive around the track using my Wii Wheel! The game is indeed Mario Kart and it's a little disappointing since it feels like playing the same game as on the DS except there is no snaking to be had. I'll keep on plying and post some more info as I go along.

After begging to be Tagged I did by my friend Bart 247 and club_Sandwich so I though I'd give the list a try(warning it's not a happy list but I'm happy now so it's all that matters :)):

5. I want to be an actor and make people laugh. So the plan is to attend some form of drama school here in Stockholm and then move to the US and do my thing there :)

4. I have two citizenships. In other words I can legally live and vote in both te United States and Sweden. A pretty sweet deal concidering Sweden has free healthcare in case I get sick or something. I currently live in Sweden so I'm also fluent i both languages which is awesome in case I need to trashtalk an American on Xbox Live :wink:

3. I'm a mulatto. In other words one of my parents is black, in my case my father. I never knew my father, my mother still talks to him every weeks even though I don't know why since all she's told me about him is bad. Anyway I'm kind of sensetive when it comes to racial issues so when someone uses the N-word in my presence I usually react quite badly. Sometimes people I've talked to on for example XBL have turned out to be racist and I've totally stopped talking to them because of it (after letting them know where I come from of course)

2.I'm atheist. In other words I don't believe in any form of higher power, basically I call 'em as I see 'em and until God talks to me through a burning bush I'll keep that philosophy.

1.I almost got kicked out of school when I was 9. I was seen as a problem child ever sine my first year in school. Mostly because of bullying, don't worry I wasn't bullying anyone I was the one getting picked on. Of course the school saw me acting out trying to get back at the kids that called me names and that resulted in me having to visit a child psychologist where the teacher hoped I would be seen as "unfit to attend public school", which the school psychologist had already determined apparently. Unfortunately my "hiding in cupboards" during breaks weren't as unhealthy as the school shrink thought, instead she said that I was very smart and that hiding when scared was normal (how can you call yourself a shrink and not know that miss school psychologist?), so unfortunately the school couldn't get rid of me and here I am!:P Imagine that, emotionally scarred and yet still so awesome!

So thatäs the list. It got a little sad but rest assured that I'm OK now and all that matters is that we all have plenty of games to play. I'm going to give you a little more light hearted list as well for the kiddes andhere goes:

5.I cry really easy whilst watching films. Any movie with sad deaths or overly happy enings can usually make me shed a tear two no matter how cliché it is.

4.I have a dried Emu-foot in my room (it's basically an Austarlian Ostrich)
