The bad thing about game boy micros is because it doesn't have the clamshell design, so its just like a gameboy advance original, except its smaller, lighter, and brighter. I'd pick an sp over a micro, I know micros have those faceplates that you can buy and put to protect your front screen, but those would also get scratched & damaged.

The GBM's screen brightness is like the DS Lite's, in other words just plain better then the sp..

Well I think the GBA is slowly dying, but recently it has gone a bit more alive, my friends and I started to bring in Nintendo gameboys and stuff, played the heck out, traded games, sold / bought gameboy advances / sps, and yep! Recently I have seen much more people trading micros for SPs or buying SPs or Advances for from 40$-80$!

 I would sure like it if they would start selling them gameboy sps again, I'd like to buy ANOTHER sp for myself, because I currently have an original sp, and I want the backlight sp, as it shows more colour.
