and heres chapter 1 of my KH fan fiction

As the harsh desert wind blew against his body, trying to knock him down, the young boy struggled on. For 3 days now, he had been looking. 3 days out in the desert searching for Kairi.
“These last three days”, the boy thought to himself, “have been absolute hell…..”
He had fought numerous Heartless, beings of the darkness, who have no heart, and many Nobodies, creatures that have nothing, basically an empty shell, and it was starting to take its toll. Wounds were starting to get infected, and with the hot desert wind, things didn’t look to good for the boy.
Up in the distance, shadows appeared.
“Oh great, more heartless,” the boy said out loud, summoning the Keyblade.
He stood on the spot, waiting for the heartless to come to him, and they did exactly that. But with a few quick slashes with his giant key, the heartless vanished.
Continuing his journey through the desert, the boy thought back to his home, a small island and what his friends were doing. Did they wonder where he might be, or had they forgotten him completely??? He wished he was home….swimming in the warm waters, racing with his friends, exploring the unknown parts of the island, but no, he was looking for Kairi.
A fresh wave of fatigue hit him, and then everything went black.
