Obviously it depends what genre of game you prefer, but I would heavily recommend Mass Effect and Elder Scrolls 4, followed by Medal Of Honor Airborne, Bioshock, Assassin's Creed and Dynasty Warriors 4 Empires. I would however say for the latter game, Dynasty Warriors, you probably have to be a fan of the series to get more enjoyment out of it :)
