i need a turbo controller so i cant sprint forever when grand theft auto comes out and i need a turbo controller when my thumb is sore. i searchd for a turbo controller but none of them tell me what bottons work for them

does anybody off hand of a list of what bottons can go turbo. and lets say i select the A botton for example. do i just hold the botton down and it will work or do i press it 1 time to activate it and then a 2nd time to disable it?

my house is cold and i cant stand pressing bottons fast
