I go to the University at Buffalo. We have a secure Resnet in which a Login ID and Password are needed to connect. My Xbox and PC are hooked up to a router. I need both devices connected so I can have a valid Resnet connection through my computer. I can connect to Xbox Live but joining games is a little sketchy. When I do finally join a game (MW2) I cannot seem to keep up and I just sit there in pure lag.
I've exhausted every option I've seen. I've opened ports, changed IP adresses, changed MAC addresses, enabled DMZ, disabled all firewalls, tried different routers, tried direct connection to Xbox, set everything to factory defaults, bridged a connectionto bypass router, called Xbox support 3 times in a row, you name it.
One thing that does work it my Ps3 can play perfectly with a direct connection, but only because it has a web browser and I can input my Resnet information, allowing a connection to the network. With Xbox obviously this can't be done..
There has to be SOMETHING I'm missing. There are others on the same resnet Network that are playing just fine with a router, it doesn't seem to be a bandwidth problem. Please any insight into what the hell is going on?
I'm trying to get on my account for Ps3 on my psp so I can buy Patapon 2 because it has a credit card on it. My psp seems to be "registered" to one account but I need to get on my other one. It says I can't use another perso's account or email or something like that.. Any help?
I was wondering if anyone has had a chance to play any of the Medal of Honor games for MAC recently and if it would be worrth it for me to buy the warchest because I have been craving MOH for a while now
I was just wondering if anyone had read anything about upcoming Littlebigplanet stuff like new costumes or just any new updates.
Another thing I was gonna ask about is what is up with the LBP servers they are garbage.
And I heart the paintinator :)
I know it's old but I'm a fan of the series and I passed this one up before. Now I want it and I was wondering jsut how is the online and how many people play it?
[QUOTE="CoOKieMoNSteR56"]Drop: Patapon, Goldeneye 007, and NFL Street Replace with: Zelda: OoT, Diablo 2, and Tetris. Beyond that, I wouldn't agree 100%, but it's close enough. I played Zelda and Goldeneye last year and 007 can't even stand. Pre-64bit era I would include Tetris, Ninja Gaiden (NES), Sonic 2 (Sega), Street Fighter 2 (multi), and Chrono Trigger (SNES). It's pointless to include current gen games because they haven't had time to live up to standards.I can't stand how every list I look at respects those retro games that were unbelieveable back then, but let's be serious, they don't compare. And I know you'll say it's not fair to make that comparison but straight up, pong is not better than GTA IV no matter how long it's lived. Now don't get me wrong, some older games definitely deserve to be on here, and they are.
Here's my list (Sorry, I'm not an XBOX Guy):
1.) Medal of Honor: Allied Assault (PC)
2.) NFL Street (Ps2)
3.) Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory (Ps2)
4.) Socom 2: U.S. Navy Seals (Ps2)
5.) Pokemon Red/Blue (GB)
6.) Patapon (PSP)
7.) GoldenEye 007 (N64)
8.) Call of Duty: World at War (Ps3)
9.) Mario Kart (N64)
10.) Warcraft III (PC)
11.) LittleBig Planet (Ps3)
Honorable Mention: Halo (XBOX), Diablo II (PC), Banjo Kazooie (N64), Jak and Daxter (Ps2).... Let me know what you think :)

NEVER would I drop NFL Street. I've already said why. And are you serious about Patapon? Have you played Patapon? And GoldenEye I'll think about maybe for Diablo 2.
