Same graphical style, but without the violence. Why does nobody talk about this game? Short like Limbo, but you can get 30 percent of the game for free. Seems a tragedy that nobody ever mentions this game.

What did the princess represent in RDR? For Braid fans, was there a princess or was it all a delusion of Tim?

Which video game that you played caught you complately off guard at the end? For me it would have to be Braid. So for you guys, which game ending was not only great, but came out of nowhere to surprise you/

Half life 2 didn't have a great story, it was pretty much B movie cliche. What made Half Life 2 great was the characters. Alyx, Dr. Breen, Dr. Vance, even Dogg. Even if the story wasn't that original they got you into the story. Every other FPS game ever fails horrbly in terms of getting you to care about the characters. Halo, CoD? You're just trying to make it to the next checkpoint. I actually wanted to see what happened to Alyx every time I left her.

Great story/atmosphere, Great characters, blends FPS and puzzle elements really well, vehicle sections don't suck like in most other FPS. I think that a lot of the people who play Half Life now and don't like it is because of the pacing. Almost all shooters today play at a super frantic pace. HL2 changes speeds constantly throughout the game. Also the WTF is this puzzle doing in the middle of my FPS? A lot of people don't like that.

Fox news is complately right and you know it. I figured aout that sim city waqs really a marxist trap the first time that I played it. WTF, I have to build parks and hospitals? Those areas could easily be turned into more industrial parks and coal power plants increasing my city's productivity. And lol at building public transport. Subways are a commmunist idea taking away from our right to drive ourselves wherever we want.

Only have about 13 bucks to spend on games right now. I can get CoH (9.99), or I can get Braid, Plants vs. Zombies , and World of Goo (12.49). Which one do you think is better overall and a better value?

I think in the puzzle genre we get screwed. I mean there are 4 or 5 new FPS out every month. Yet if we get one good puzzle game in a year, like a Braid or a Portal, people go well the genre isn't dead. look we just got a good game like 6 months ago. But the genre is close to dead.

does nobody here like a good puzzle game? It seems like games such as World of Goo, and even Portal and Braid are easily forgotten. Yeah they get good reviews but after two weeks nobody talks about them. Has anybody played NightSky? Awesome physics based puzzler but not one of the two or three annoited ones so it is forgotten. So why not more love for the puzzlers? Often they are more original and have better stories.

Yeah, the first Fable is easily the best. I thought Fable 2 was better than 3, but not by a ton. If you have Fable 2 and had a lot of fun with it, then you'll probably like Fable 3. But overall it is still a pretty mediocre RPG.
