If thats true I might trade my PS2 version in for a Wii version

It says that Sonic is in the game, but they awating SEGA for final confirmation.

Acclaim and Tradewest (The companies that produced the Double Dragon series) are now defunct meaning that will not be seeing any Double Dragon game on the VC :(
