[QUOTE="psx_warrior"] Please tell me you are being sarcastic.

Why? Seems pretty obvious that he described a good thing, and basically what consoles are... Are you elitist or something?

[QUOTE="ConsolesFTW"][QUOTE="MonsieurX"]You actually have to think about how to beat those dudes, what weapon to upgrade, wich stat to up,etc.menes777

Yeah, but its very obvious what to do, there never really is a question about what to upgrade etc. Also, as I said, those games are kinda PC games in a way ... so I'm not a huge fan. I have a PS3, and like them, but they are borderline too much.

What do you think about turning every game into an interactive movie with QT events where you can push that awesome button anytime you want and still win?! Along with achievements at every single turn! How about one for starting the game and one for pushing the awesome button?!

You just described why consoles are better ... this already exists! Name one game on PC that is as good as Gears 3? There isn't one. And that is fact.

[QUOTE="MonsieurX"][QUOTE="ConsolesFTW"][QUOTE="MonsieurX"] Why would you want Dark Souls and Demon's Souls? They are both uncessarily hard

But they are good hard, the kind where mastering combat is the key. You don't HAVE to think if you don't want to. PC games are like school... and I skipped a LOT of school.

LOL this guy is freaking hilarious. Next thing he will say is that the keyboard is too hard to figure out. A controller with a few buttons is so much easier to deal with. A controller with one button (that when pushed does something awesome) and a joystick that only allows you go to one way.

Sigh ... are you one of those that don't like DA2? Because honestly DA2 was a great mix of the 'nerdy PC stuff' and the fun console face bashing. You could spam a button like a fun console game, and still had a decent blend of the PC stuff. Why would you want a game that is unnecessarily hard?

Well, typing is a hassle. I'll like PC gaming when I can translate thought into the computer. Until then having more than 8 buttons is simply too much, and pushes me over the edge.

[QUOTE="wis3boi"][QUOTE="ConsolesFTW"][QUOTE="Merex760"] Awwww, Morrowind didn't hold your hand? Awww...

Well, sometimes you just want to relax. I dropped Morrowind the second they told me to find some dude in some city. In Oblivion there were markers telling you where to go ... was that too hard to figure out for PC? It took consoles entering the picture to make the game easier, and not a chore.

you're the kind of person that can't read a map or quest text, can you? :P

I CAN, I just don't want to. In Oblivion they lead you where you need to go, as a game should. Fortunately the vast majority are like me, so games like Gears that are actually FUN can flourish. Morrowind I swear was designed just to anger people.

What is the point of this game?

omho88
Proving that technology is irrelevant as long as code is optimized? Proving that consoles dominate? I don't know, fun, probably.

[QUOTE="MonsieurX"]Explain to me Dark Souls and Demon's SoulMerex760
They're hard, complex, and make you think. Those games are obviously products of PC gaming!

That was my other argument. Apparently PC gamers like the PS3, so maybe that is throwing them a bone. At least UC2 dominates the scene on PS3, instead of some RPG-nerdy thing.
