The only fantasy RPG better than Oblivion is Oblivion with a lot of mods including hi-res textures, OBGEv2, ENBSeries Shaders, Real Sleep Extended/Real Hunger/Real Thirst, Better Cities, AWLS, FCOM/OOO/MMM/Fran's/Warcry, Duke Patrick's Combat Archery mod, Tamriel NPC's Revamped, HGEC Body Replacer, Ren's Beauty Pack, Elaborate Eyes. For stability I'd recommend Oblivion Stutter Removal, NTCore 4GB patch, FastExit 2
New Vegas - 160+ hrs first playthrough (very hard + hardcore mode + harder hardcore rates mod + expensive wasteland mod - will probably go back and try again with HD textures mod)) Oblivion - 200+ hrs, haven't even finished main quest (lots of mods including OBGEv2 + ENBSeries Shaders + QTP3 HD Textures + FCOM/OOO/MMM/Fran's/Warcry + Better Cities + Real Sleep Extended/Real Hunger/Real Thirst + Tamriel NPCs Revamped + HGEC Body Replacer + Elaborate Eyes + Ren's Beauty Pack) FO3 - a few playthroughs, 100+ hrs
In any case, excellent list and thanks for taking the time to compile it! As a strictly PC gamer who does not even own any consoles, I've been hoping to someday try highly regarded console games like Heavy Rain, RDR, Demon's Souls, but I can only hope they someday get around to a PC port.
You need to remove Witcher 2 from the list. XBox360 and PS3 releases have already been confirmed, although the PC version will be released first.Have a link to back that up? http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/the-witcher-2-dated-detailed since the console version release dates are "TBA" I suppose it's possible they could take forever, or never get around to it
