I finally got there. It took two Forum posts to top off Level 3. I've still got a lot of work to do before I reach Level 6 though. Getting this far was actually kind of difficult. I'll just keep doing what I have been and eventually I'll get there.
Maybe I should make some friends here. I noticed a few people in the forums with "Add me to your friends list" in their signatures. If they weren't talking about their Xbox Live friends list I'll start adding them here. If they were talking about Xbox Live I'll add them there too. My list is pretty sparce right now.
I don't have any more games left to add to my Collection. I looked them all over again just in case. I guess I'll just have to buy some more because I refuse to lie just to raise my level. I should write down a list of games that I've been looking forward to and then add those to my "Tracked Games" here on GameSpot. That should help a little.

Almost to Level 4..
by CousCous82 on Comments
I'm 2% away from being Level 4 on this site.. By the time I finish this I'll probably be there. I still haven't posted anything in the Forums. Some people are pretty harsh when it comes to new people. That's the main thing holding me back.
I think I know the thing that jumped me up so close to Level 4. Last night I went through my collection, game by game, and rated all of them that I could. There were a few that had the rating disbled. A couple of others just didn't have enough votes to register (The ColecoVison Games).
Level 4 would be a good level to start posting to the Fourm. At least then most people will know I'm not totally new to this site. Even though it'll be obvious that I'm new to the Forum.

Level Three..
by CousCous82 on Comments
Well, I finally figured out how to add all of my old NES and SNES games to my Collection. By doing so my "Perfered System" is now the NES and I earned the "Old School" Medal. There were a few games that I couldn't find on the site but most of them are here.
I'm at Level Three now which is nice. I still haven't posted to any Forums though. However I am climbing the ladder here at GameSpot a lot faster than I first thought possible.
I voted in the Commercial Challenge a while back. It would be nice to win something for a change. I never do though so my hopes aren't very high. I can still dream a little though.

Level Two..

Shortly after posting my last Journal entry I reached Level 2. My goal is to get to at least Level 6 so that I can post my own Reviews of games. It's going a lot faster than I expected too.
I suppose I should find a Forum Thread to post to as well. That should help me advance a little. I have a cold right now though so my mind isn't really as clear as I like it to be.
I've rated all of the games in my "Collection" and I think I should add some more to it. I'll also dig through my Xbox Magazine and find some TBA & "Coming Soon" games to add to my "Tracked" games list as well. I like being updated about those things.
This site is turning out to be addictive. I'm really surprised at how often I've been visiting it. The people in charge of content have been doing a very good job. I might even become a subscriber to GameSpot Complete soon.

Level One..

I like the new GameSpot website. It's a lot better than the old one. I'm trying to get my level up because there's just something about being stuck on "Level 1" that leaves a bad taste in my mouth..
As I've been scouring this website I noticed one thing that bugs me a little. There are no "Old School" games from the NES or SNES available to rate and review. I have a HUGE collection of "Old School" games that I would love to add to my profile here. Where's the ColecoVision section of this site? Haha..
