@Xtasy26: What's teh benchmarks? Prices look good, but i need some comparions
Some more benchmarks. Beating the 980 Ti and it cost's the same AND it comes water cooled. Looking good!
it looks fantastic so far, however 4GBvram will force you to turn some settings down in the handful of games that need more than 4GB of vram.
fury nano looks more balanced, I feel like the fury X power is going to be wasted in future games with only 4GB vram.
Oh, so you've got experience utilising HBM memory?
lol what?
it is common sense, 4GB worth of data is 4GB worth of data regrades of ram type and speed, it had always been like that. Unless some kind of compression is in place but that is not practical because use will require a lot of prepossessing power, also AMD didn't say anything about that.
Have to agree. It doesn't matter how fast it is, for 4k and even some 1440p games, 4GB won't be enough. Data is stored in the vram for fast access because system RAM and SSDs are on the order of 100 to 1000 times slower, so if you have a game that needs more than that, you are still waiting on the PCs slower components
