If it's copyrighted you need permission from whoever owns the copyright. If it doesn't seem to have any legal protection, then you need valid permission from the creator of the beat, maybe even a signed legal contract. Save the records of those people who allow you to use their material or they can decide to get a lawyer and screw you over.
Really, we need to get rid of the nuke stockpiles. My proposal is that we launch 99.9% of our nukes to detonate hundreds of miles into space for a spectacular light show and use the remaining few nukes to fend off alien invaders just incase.

I hear about people and friends in a few occasions where they were a victim of a violent crime on someones property and was wondering if they can get money out of it? There are things like compensation for mental grief and other things people bring up in civil cases but i never hear about i criminal ones. So my question really is, if you were to get hit in the head with a crowbar by some random person, suffer a laceration and lose a lot of blood then chased from the persons house to later reach a hospital, can this person get any money and how much if he/she were to pursue charges against the suspect? Couldnt you sue the insurance carrier of the house and get a good settlement of cash, more than pay for medical bills and perhaps pay for school intuition or something?
