Personally, it's a tie.

PS2 has shown that it has certainly "evolved" over the years with its wide variety of games. However, the PSP has a lot of cool features with it that, while some are also on the PS2, it is more well known with the PSP.

Every single new Crash Bandicoot character after Naughty Dog dropped the series, Whisper from Fable (She was annoying), Imoen from Baldur's Gate (Need I say more?), Ungaga from Dark Cloud (He is almost useless), Lee and Anna from the Tekken series (I really don't like them), and others that I prolly forgot to list.
