It's been a while, but here's my current most wanted list:

• Map Pack 2 for Black Ops
• Ability to upload more Blacks Ops user-created videos to Youtube in excess of 30 seconds
• News of new Treyarch-developed CoD plans
• News of new Modern Warfare game
• News that Activision plans not to run the CoD franchise into the ground as it did with Hero and Tony Hawk
• A remake of Final Fantasy VI for iOS
• Starcraft 2 ported to iOS with touch and gesture based interface
• Plants vs. Zombies 2 for iOS
• Mass Effect 3 for X360
• Next gen console plan announcements from MS, Sony and Nintendo

With Modern Warfare 2 now officially on the 2009 launch horizon, I felt compelled to sound off by way of a wish list. Comments welcomed and encouraged. Please see items below:

• Keep all weapons from MW in tact in terms of performance and feel. In lieu of making changes to existing weapons, simple introduce new weapons with different performance and feel to the fray:
  • Steyr ACR
  • FN F2000
  • FAMAS
  • HK417
  • Enfield SA-80
  • XM8
• Consequences for team kills (e.g. boot from game after 5 team kills and loss of points)
• Hardcore versions of all multiplayer game types
• I think Martyrdom should definitely stay, but I think dropped grenades should be gimped slightly.
• Dynamic team/company partying (a la company pairing in CoD5: WaW)
• Co-Op Endless Horde mode (a la Nazi Zombies - cyborgs or robots to fit the MW theme perhaps?)
• Attack Options after 7 kill streak
• Aesthic Character and Weapon Customization (e.g. choose clothing or graphics)
• Choice of infrared Thermal or Night Vision Goggles (multiplayer)
• Bring back remixed maps from MW (e.g. night time Ambush or Crash)
• Weapon Attachment: Laser Sight for Sidearms/Pistols
• Weapon Attachment: Modular Magazine Upgrade for Sidearms/Pistols
• Weapon Attachment: Bayonet for SMG & AR Class
• Sticky Grenades
• Ability to take out chopper pilot with sniper round
• Perk: x2 weapon attachment (e.g. ACOG + Silencer or Red Dot + Grenade Launcher)
• Perk: Last Stand + Revive (a la Second Chance in WaW)
• Perk: Flame Thrower
• Perk: Grenade Reset (a la Toss Back in WaW)
