Though the truth about video-game addiction still isn't clear, I think it is a promonent reality for allot of people. I know that I, personally, play more games than I should and that the money could be spent better elsewhere. Juxtapositionally, video-games do provide a good, short term, escape from the pressures of the world. When this becomes a controlling factor in your life you know there is a problem. I became addicted to video-games a few years agao and, ever since, I give up video-games for lent, to ensure that I am not growing attached.
