Hey everyonebig_smile.gif!

I'm looking to purchase a gaming headset for a mate and after going through 13 different brands and many more models, I've narrowed down the choices to either the Steelseries Siberia V2 or the Plantronics Gamecom 780 (Please note this headset's only for use on a laptop, so cross platform functionality is unnecesssary and the ports are limited to USB, headphones and mic.). The mate I'm buying it for listens to a diverse range of music, but especially hardstyle so good bass is important, and plays a lot of games. I've been all over the Internet (It was a scary experience.) and based off what I've read/watched, the Siberia seems to be better sound quality wise (Please correct me if I'm wrong.), however based off how the head adjustment size thing's looks it just doesn't look like it will last. I'm currently using a Turtlebeach PX21 (I know, forgive me for my error.) and they're reasonable, except I've heard many complaints about them breaking, and the look a lot stronger than the Steelseries.

So what I'm trying to get at is, which headset is better for sound quality, build quality and mic quality between the Steelseries Siberia V2 and the Plantronics Gamecom 780? Also, if anyone has a Steelseries Siberia V2, what has the build quality been like for you?

Thanks for reading!

Hey everyone:D!

I'm looking to pick up a gaming headset for a mate's birthday, and have gone down from a shortlist of 13 brands and many more models to either the Planatronics Gamecom 780 or the Steelseries Siberia V2. He listens to a range of music, but especially hardstyle so strong bass is important, and plays a lot of games (Please note this headset's only for use on a laptop, so cross platform functionality is unnecesssary and the ports are limited to USB, headphones and mic.). If anyone has either of these headsets please post what you think and if anyone can directly compare them, or knows a good source for the comparison of headsets, please post!

Thanks for reading:D!

Hey Guys:D!

I've set myself up a gaming rig and want to get some good peripherals. Have found a good keyboard but am stuck between 3 gaming mice. They are Razer DeathAdder V2, (ThermalTake) Tt eSPORTS Black Element and Gigabyte M8000X. The Razer one can run 3500dpi, the ThermalTake one can run 6500dpi and the Gigabyte one can run 6000dpi. As far as I can tell they all run 1000hz, 1ms response times. I've been working with computer's long enough to know flashy specs aren't everything, so am looking for a product with great build quality, is reliable and doesn't easily break. I am not fussed about macro buttons and prefer corded mice. If anyone has the Gigabyte M8000X I please leave a comment to say what you think of it as I'm leaning towards it at the moment. Anyway, if anyone has any suggestions (Am looking to spend around AU$60 or less.) for better mice or ideas on the products I'm looking at, please leave a comment (The only type of mouse that doesn't really interest me is the RAT 'transformer' ones.).

Thanks for reading:D!

Crunk Rock came out after 4 years delay, and 5-6 years in the making. It's pretty good but nothing deep and meaningful, so I won't go as far as to say it's exceptional, but songs like 'G-Walk', 'Killas' and 'What a Night' are awesome so all up a good album.

Hey everyone:D!

I don't play, collect or paint much Warhammer Fantasy (Although I'm not saying I dislike it, I'm just more into the other two games.), but I do have a box of Black Orks. With Warhammer 40K only a certain amount of gear can be equipped to certain troops (Namely the Space Marines.) so that units don't become over powered and aren't duel wielding multi-meltas or something similar (I would like to see a dual wield sniper though:P.), but for me that's no problem because since I'm into 40K, I have the Space Marines codex and know what can or can't be equipped when building one. Since I'm not into Fantasy as much as the others and do have a box of Black Orks, I was wondering if anyone could tell me if there are any rules regarding what I can equip to them (NOTE: I'm only using the stuff that comes with the box.), I would check a codex, but since for Fantasy I don't collect any particular army and just buy whichever models interest me because I think they could be fun to build or paint, I don't buy any of Fantasy's codex's, and therefore don't really know what I can equip or not.

Anyway, the short of what I'm trying to ask is can I just build my Black Orks to look like whatever I want or are there rules on what I can equip them with (I'm only using the stuff from the box.)? Any help would be appreciated. Happy gaming:D!

Hey everyone:D!

It's been a long time, but I've decided to get back into the hobby of miniature war gaming, but since it's been so long, I've got no idea what Games Workshop has been doing or what they will be working on:P! Because of which, I was wondering, does anyone know if they're going to be making a new rulebook for Warhammer 40K anytime soon? Cheers and happy gaming:D!

@Asheileon I'll try to get some of my miniatures up soon but I'm afraid I never got around to painting any 40K:P! For painting I mainly worked on Lord Of The Rings and 1 miniature for Fantasy (For the Fantasy one (It was a Dwarf.) I kind of worked on it for a bit then didn't, a few years later and I still haven't finished it:P!), so I'll try to get some of my Lord Of The Rings miniatures up, I'm afraid they're not that good but I do like the Uruk-Hai I painted.

By the way, as always, I'm listening to Lil Jon & The Eastside Boyz but Lil Jon's gone solo now so pretty much anything with him in it (Besides 'Do You Remember:?). Lil Jon may be good and so's Sean Paul (From the Youngbloodz.) but I just don't like that song. But one song I do like that I've been listening to a lot lately is 'Let It Fly (Remix)' (Also I've got no idea what's different between the remix and the normal one:P.) by Trick Trick, Ice Cube and Lil Jon, it's a really good song and if you're a fan of rap or any of those artists I recommend you check it out.
