[QUOTE="CuDDKiDD"]Don't just pileeverythingon to the dood man. KBFloYd

the thing is... he is the root of everything that went wrong..he is the cancer that killed the lakers this season. unless you blame kobe for taking all the credit for making the lakers win and pau got upset. thats what i think it is..

kobe has season mvp ,2 finals mvp, 2 rings as the leader and what does gasol have? nothing to show for it... i think he lost his drive when there is nothing to drive for....Gasol's playing was almost a slap in the face to kobe and his teammates...thats how bad he played...he must be upset about something.

Pau's never really been the type of guy to want the limelight. I don't think he particularly cares/d if Kobe got all the credit. Rumors have it that Kobe's wife caused problems with Pau and his girlfriend. Again, Pau did bomb this post season but there were alot of other factors too that caused the team to fall short.

[QUOTE="CuDDKiDD"]What are you talking about man? Pau tore it up during the beginning of the season. Hell i remember he was in the early MVP talks during the first two months or so. KBFloYd

actually, his troubles started in the preseason....right from the start i noticed a change in his personality....like he wasn't even trying or something..i had a moment of uh oh......once the season started yes he started playing good but then he would stop then start again....he was iffy for most of the season.

i was thinking maybe in the postseason he would go back to his old self....unfortunately he played even worse...if you can believe that. actually he played so bad he cost the team the dallas series and almost cost them the Hornets series.

Personality wise, there was nothing really off about him or the team during the beginning of the season. He burned himself out around December because of all the extra minutes he played due to Bynum's absence. He was up and down until the all star break. After the whole "Black Swan" thing he gained his All Star form again.

Something happend to the team during the last month just before the play offs started. Something that put a mental strain on Pau. More than anything Pau let whatever happen off court affect his production on court. The team stopped communicating and talking to each other during games, especially Kobe and Pau. They weren't high fiving or even acknowledgeing each other. Bynum was right when he said the team has trust issues. So was Lamar after the Maverics series when he said that we didn't have that bond.

Pau was dealing with an upper respiratory infectiong during the Hornets series so I'll cut him some slack for that. He found himself in game 5 and 6, but the next series, he regressed, badly. Whatever the hell it was off court really took a toll on him. Don't just pileeverythingon to the dood man. It was going to be hard as hell just to make it out of the West. Granted I didn't see them going down to Dallas, they had to lose sometime.

[QUOTE="-Halftime-"]The whole team was bad except for Bynum and Kobe for the most part... And even they made myriad mistakes.... But Gasol was the most underwhelming Laker. But it wasn't just his fault.KBFloYd

i blame it all on him bro.

why did he foul nowitzki in game one when we were up by 1 at the end? he never made mistakes like that....he was always the most intelligent player on the floor.

what about game 3...gasol's game reminded me of lebron james in his last game as a cavalier against the celtics in the playoffs...
its one thing for Gasol to not be into it and just pass the ball but he was throwing up fade away jump shoots from beyong the free throw line! what kind of grabage bricks was he throwing those up for? he can just dominate in the paint but instead he doing fade away jumpshots that dont even touch the rim?
even some shots he had right near the basket he missed..kobe was looking for him and the ball hit gasol in his back...how about the passes kobe made for him near the basket and he didnt finish at all.
10 pt average against dallas....its miracle we beat new orleans with his dumb half-arsed playing.

i saw the change in his personality right from the start of the season...did you?

What are you talking about man? Pau tore it up during the beginning of the season. Hell i remember he was in the early MVP talks during the first two months or so. You can't blame the whole thing on Pau man. He had a god awful post season for sure. I'd even be willing to say the majority of the blame falls on him, but the last month the entire team lacked chemistry, and camaraderie.
Kobe busted his butt off once again and on a bum ankle too (people are forgetting that), but his defensive rotation's and choices definitely left alot to be desired.

Phil should get the blame to for sticking with an absolutely abysmal bench even when it wasn't producing and taking Bynum out when he was killing it. Derek gets the blame too for not coming up in the clutch since that's more or less what we're paying him for.
Ron-roncouldn't keep his consistency from the Hornets series, and Lamar withered away too. The only guy that did what he was supposed to do was Bynum. Too bad he comes out of this looking like a complete imbecile for knocking out Barea.

Yeah i just remember that. You get to keep 10 songs a month. So in the end you'd only be spending something like $40 for the pass.

I got a one year pass for my girlfriend and she absolutely loves it. She went on a downloading binge and ended up discovering new music that she had never heard or liked before. I say its worth it if you think you'll be downloading more than $170(?) worth of songs a year.
Just a warning though, you have to renew the subscription in order to keep the songs.

Was about to post this. Maybe the moratorium shouldn't have been lifted.

You mean "Officer Jenny." :P I'd definitely become a pokemon trainer and do something that Ash can only dream of--actually winning a pokemon league.

Hey now, he won the Orange Cup.
