Changing some of my habits will be hard at first but with dedication it will not be that bad. There are a lot of temptations out there such as fatty foods and caffeine filled drinks to name two of my biggest temptations. With those temptations identified, it will make it easier to defeat them. I have finally found that motivation and I will not lose it even after my goal has been achieved. One of my major goals to achieve before the end of summer is to lose 40lbs.
Another habit I need to change is staying inside and sitting on my fat ass. I used to not be lazy like I am now, I used to always be outside being active and doing something that helped keep me in shape. The only reason why I stopped being so active was I got into a wreck almost three years ago and I was laid up for a while and packed on a few pounds. Before I knew it I let that get me down and then the pounds started to pack themselves on. I am not fat but I am not quite in the shape I was when I was in high school. I look to build muscle mass and definition after I lose my goal of 40lbs. I am very pumped about finding my motivation and the will power to hold onto it!
