It doesn't play like gears at all, other than the cover system. thats it!!

I agree with other about blu-ray vs. dvd to an extent. I think it really depends on the release. I also just bought the blu-ray edition of transformers 2 for $19.99. The 2 disc special edition dvd is the same price. I think blu-ray will continue to come down in price (it started at $40). You can't beat blu-rays sound or video. I think people just are scared of the price. All in all xbox doesn't need it, if they can instantly stream 1080p movies.

I think it is worth 50 dollars a year. You guys act like sony doesn't have the tech to make it happen for free.

So everyone is ok with a service that isn't great just because it's free. It works but it doesn't work as good as it's competition.

I have all three consoles. I love my PS3 but the only thing I hate about it is PSN. I feel like the only reason Xbox sells so well is because XBL is better than Sonys PSN. Why don't they let you connect to friends easier, like xbox live partys or private chat. I have to use my cell phone to text or call my buddy so we can talk while gaming. I have even used skype to fix that problem. If I plan to play a game online and it's available for both Xbox 360 or PS3 i will always buy it on xbox just because the online is so much better. What gives with Sony not updating there online. Anyone else feel this way.

I understand that it's free. I love that about it. I love that fact that I can still play online. I just want to be able to connect with friends easily. I want to be able to chat with a friend no matter what game they are playing with out a hitch. PSN works but I could be so much better. If they fixed it. The PS3 would be a hands down winner in the so called console war.

Why was tomb raider popular? Uncharted is tomb raider done better but with a dominate male character. Plus the graphics and gameplay is some of the best I have ever seen.
