Not that I didn't want to, I just haven't because I thought my new roommate would be as cool as he seemed about me using his 360 and him using my PS3; not so. He's being a total jerk about me playing XBL under his account and I can sorta understand that but then when I said "okay, I'll pay for my own XBL account" he was sorta stand offish. Not that he said no, but it wasn't a yes. When I asked him if he pre-ordered Halo 3 he responded with a yes and I said "cool, think I could play while you're at work?" It was then that he told me that it's nothing personal, but he's on his third 360 and he's really paranoid about having to go through the whole process again. Even the one he has now has some problem with the disc tray not always ejecting and the power button not always working, or so he says. I'm not petty so I'll let him play my PS3. This thing is as sturdy as a rock and I've had no problems with it so I'm not worried at all. But now the bullet I thought I could dodge, the 400 dollar bullet, that would allow me to play Halo and enjoy Madden at 60 fps is now something I'll have to take. Sigh. I don't know where this money is going to come from. I've already pre-ordered four games for PS3 and there's another four I wanna buy for PS3. Now I'm going to have to try and come up with 500 bucks for a new system and Halo? So yeah, I may have to buy a 360...or I may just have to pass this years Madden and not play Halo 3 (single player at least), for awhile. In my roommate's defense, he said I could play anytime he's around and starts it up but who wants to do that? I can't enjoy playing Halo 3 single player when he's home. This is when he's going to want to play his own games. :roll:.
