I don't know why I can't put my mouse on the options(optical cable,pick lock,break lock). When I want to change between pistol and stiky camera just use Ctrl and point my mouse to select, and it,s working

Hi. I have a problem with this game:

1.why the lighter can't unlock the combo lock ??? Or should I wait for 5 minutes or more...being a lighter maybe doesn't weld so fast or it's another "tool" to do it...

2.I can't find Baron's office in Safe Cracker level, maybe because I had to cheat , cause i couldn't shoot the hook in scene 3 it just didn't work, or maybe I didn't collect all intelligence items...the safe didn't open too...why ?
