What's their number that I can call? Because I called 18004myxbox and I didn't know how to talk to a person. I needed a console serial number, but I don't have a console. Can someone help? And if they ship me an elite that's not a new jasper, then I'll just return it. It shouldn't be a big deal.
omfg that happened to me also, but the super hot part wasnt there. my 360 is still ok and that happend to me alot. i saw the red light of death but it wasnt a full eye. the fourth one never lit up. my 360 is still ok and that has stopped resently for me.
i think its just a power surge. my 360 recently passe its first birthday... they grow up so fast
