ok, here we go umm...

Well this is a popular chain so im sure some of you have gone there or at least heard of it, for those who haven't its basically an open grill in front of you watch them prepare your food there and such. They do all kinds of knife juggling etc. Its Japanese food and what they prepare before your very eyes is like steak and stuff, shrimp, chicken, etc.. but you can order sushi and other stuff which they will prepare elsewhere. Over all the food tastes great. Usually i order the hibachi shrimp and that is good, good salad and fried rice (their fried rice = best) also the sauce they give you is pretty good...

However there are a few
gripes, one being the cost...when an average meal for one person costs $20 you know its too much, i do see alot of regular people there so they must accept food stamps:P. This can only be remedied if you use a "special occasion" as an excuse, then you wont feel so bad after you go bankrupt from taking your gf out to dinner. The other one is that there are NO asian chefs?!?! wth?!?! In fact ive only seen 4 asian employees working at the one in my city... I only see mexican chefs and waiters, only seen like one white person there ever, a waiter... Im not complaining about the food they make, its great, excellent, but i think it would add to the atmosphere of the resturaunt better (the resturant looks like a ****ing pagoda for gods sake) and make me feel like im in Japan...not really actually...

In conclusion, food's great, service is great, price is a bit high, no asians, whatever
