Initially, I wasn't so impressed with the 3DS...but now, the more I learn about it, the game lineup, etc, I'm totally going to buy it. I'm really impressed by Nintendo and I hope it'll revive my desire to play handhelds more...

I've mainly been playing my PS3, and rarely ever touch my DSi. But here comes the 3DS!

Its been exactly four years since I first joined Gamespot. Where did the time go? I always ask myself that question at the start of the new year. I first started out with an original mario kart red DS, and now I've traded that for a white DSi and have added a lilac PSP. console wise, I've also got a Wii.

It has been a great four years so far and I'm looking forward to starting the 5th.

Some updates:

I FINALLY got that Wii I wanted...and it ends up that I never have time to play it! But I still love it.

DSgurl is so 2005...and reflective of my freshmen year of high school (gurl? come on...but really, I do know how to spell it correctly)

I upgraded to a DSi in April and love it. I got rid of a lot of games and also updated my collection to include some better picks.

Not necessarily back in full swing, but I'm back. ;)

Anyway, it's Christmas day, and I've been playing on my DS for more time than I have in a long time. I got 2 games I really wanted - TH Proving Ground and Zelda. Can't wait though. Couldn't find that Wii I wanted, but ah well.

I checked out the prices that the PS3 and Wii were going for through a pre-order,and they're crazy.The PS3 is going to for $1000+ and the Wii at $400+.

Are those prices appropriate for the systems? I know that you want to be the first and all that,but come on, $1000.

I don't,I just find those prices to be extremely high for the systems.

I've been gone for a mintue,but I'm back.There's some new DS releases I saw at the stores and I checked Gamespot for reviews and such.

My inbox was filled with 60 unread messages! I forget when I last went on here but it must've been a while.

I'll try to go on GS whenever possible and check some things.

What's up everybody? I don't do much on this site anymore now that I'm back in school,but I do have time for a blog today.

Well,my first day of school was Tuesday,the 15th.My schedule is okay,we haven't started the real work yet,but I think I could live with the classes I have.

Some classes I like more than other,of course.

I can't say much else,but I do hope this school year will be alright.
