It was a pretty good game, except for the unnecessary backtracking at the end.

Seriously, I had to find the head of a golem, transport it to its body to open a door, then open one half of a bridge, then fly around to the other side of the level, find a giant battery, open the other side of the bridge, put the battery in a room I WAS JUST IN, , get the fuel cell that appeared when I placed the battery, go back to my ship, find another fuel cell, go on a broken-down spaceship, place the batteries in the generators, find an access code, go back to the space pirate homeworld, enter the code on another space ship to open a worm hole via a warp point in the homeworld to go to the last boss.

yeah.

Anyway, the only other gripe I had with the game was that the final boss music was pretty cheesy, and not dramatic like you'd expect the end of a trilogy to be.

The game had great controls and level design though, and I very much liked it.
